James is our founding partner and principal consultant. Prior to launching Perceptive Consulting Partners James worked in Financial Services for 15 years with over 10 years spent at J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Investment Bank.

During his tenure he was a trusted partner and reliable advisor for executives overseeing multi-billion dollar global businesses. He was also responsible for their strategy, competitive benchmarking, transformation and financial oversight.

He has also mentored entrepreneurs and business leaders from seed to launch through Hatch Enterprise.

James studied in London and Copenhagen. He also holds a number of professional qualifications including
